The St. Paul Summer Beer Fest is expected to have an attendance of 4000 people with a demographic of 65/35 male to female ratio, 30-55 year old age range with an average household income of $100,000.

Charity Partner

Chop Liver has partnered with the amazing people at the YMCA of Midway in St Paul. We contribute a portion of proceeds to them and in addition, all proceeds from the Silent Auction Tent benefit the YMCA of Midway.

Education

Our Education Tent will host educational seminars throughout the day covering subjects such as Food Pairing, Homebrewing, and the History of Brewing in Minnesota
